Hyderabad: A woman was injured in a deadly attack on a woman by a youth of a college in KPHB. According to the police, a youth named Prem Singh, a resident of Vattinagulapally under Gachibowli police station area of ​​Hyderabad, went to a woman's house on Wednesday midnight and attacked her with a knife, local people rushed to rescue her and caught the miscreant. They beat up the young man.

However, the woman suffered minor injuries on her neck in the attack. Meanwhile, Prem Singh, who was injured by the locals, was also admitted to the hospital. Police have registered a case and started investigation. In a similar incident, in a tragic incident in Gundala village of Ichhoda mandal of Adilabad district, two people died during the Ursu festival.

Going into details, the Ursu festival is arranged every year by a group of villages. On Wednesday, one group made arrangements for the festival and another group protested in a DJ setting, leading to a fight between the two groups. Two persons were killed and more than 10 injured in the clash who were shifted to RIMS in Adilabad. Police have registered a case and started investigation.
