Hyderabad: A woman standing near a police academy was abducted and sexually assaulted by three accused. A woman was kidnapped in an auto rickshaw in Hyderabad's Himayat Sagar on Wednesday night. The three accused took her to a secluded place and raped her. The accused also snatched cash and other jewelery from him and released him. Later the victim approached Rajendranagar police and lodged a complaint.
The police have registered a case and formed special teams to nab the accused. CCTV cameras installed in the area are also being checked to identify the miscreants. More details are awaited. Similarly a murder incident took place in Hyderabad, in Chandrayangutta, Old City of Hyderabad, on Wednesday evening, unidentified assailants dragged a person out of his car from Chandrayangutta towards Hashimabad and killed him with knives.
The youth, who was seriously injured due to a knife, died on the spot. Police reached the spot and sent the body for post-mortem. They have registered a case and started investigation. Meanwhile, the police are trying to find out what caused the murder. The victim has not been identified yet.
