Saturday, in Jharkhand’s Koderma district a 32 year old woman was allegedly raped in a bus, police said . As per police report, the woman was travelling to Jharkhand’s Koderma district from Bihar’s Nawada district in a Sri Travels bus on Friday, there after she was purportedly raped.
Victim told the police that, the driver took the bus to an inaccessible place after all other passengers got down at Tilaiya of Koderma district and his assistant raped the woman.
However, the woman’s medical test is yet to be examined, police said, adding that an operation has been launched to arrest the accused.
It is researched, in every average 8 to 9 hours one woman/girl is raped.
