Jabalpur: Fed up with the domestic violence in Jabalpur city of Madhya Pradesh, a woman on Tuesday consumed poison and reached the SP office and accused the in-laws of harassment. DSP Apoorva Killedar said that Amar Patel's wife Sangeeta Patel has accused her husband, mother-in-law, and sister-in-law of harassment.

According to the news, the woman, upset with the harassment of the family members, had consumed the rat-beating drug, due to which she has been admitted to Victoria Hospital for treatment. Police said that a case has been registered at the family counseling center to resolve the marriage-related disputes between the woman and her husband, at present the police are investigating the woman's complaint.
