In Muzaffarnagar's Pakdi village a 26-year-old woman was shot dead by two persons at her parents' house said by police.
The police as per the sources news said 'She was staying with her parents after her divorce. The incident occurred last night'
The police have registered a case against the accused and taken them into custody, the police said.
The police are further investigating the matter and the body has been sent for the postmortem.
