Women lay on the railway track with her newborn baby with an attempt to suicide

A 25-year-old woman at Nepanagar railway station in Burhanpur district of Madhya Pradesh, with her newborn baby, lay between tracks and tried to commit suicide. A train rapidly passed over both of them, but nothing happened to them. The incident took place on Saturday morning at the railway station of Itarsi-Bhusaval railway section when the intention of suicide was to get 'Pushpak Express' from the top of a woman lying on the tracks between the tracks and nothing happened to both. 

Khandwa RPF police inspector SK Gurjar said that the woman has been identified as Tabbsum (25) of Allahabad. She was going to Mumbai from Allahabad with Kushinagar Express with his two-month-old child, but she landed off the same train in Nepanagar and lay on the tracks with the child on the station. He said that before present people came to the 'Pushpak Express' on the tracks to do something and the woman and her child got out, but miraculously both the woman and her child were safe and nothing happened to them. He said that after this the people present there brought both of them to the hospital.

Gurjar said that after interrogating the woman, she told that she was going to her grandmother's house in Mumbai, but due to personal problems, she tried to commit suicide only on the way. He told that his stepmother got her married to a man Sajid. Her husband used to beat her and tortured her and the husband gave her a divorce after she became pregnant. The woman said that even before the birth of the child she had tried for suicide one time. They told that the family members of the woman came here from Mumbai and took her with them.
