As soon as the unlock starts, everything is gradually becoming normal. For the past several days, many films are also being reported from the world. British writer David Farr says that the women who lead the show behind the camera not only influence the story but also bring a big difference in the politics of the set. Farr, the producer of the web series 'Hanna', said in his statement to IANS, 'Although the film was about Hanna and it was its central character, which is still a very strong thing. But it was directed by a man.'

He further said, 'However, we have selected female directors for this in many episodes of the season. I think it has made a big difference. It makes a big change in set politics. Not only this, it was the simplest and clearest decision we had made. We did not select those people just because they were women, but in reality, they are good and with great talent. They have a different view of themselves.'

Farr is also known for adding his creative outlook to 'The Night Manager' series. He says that working with talented women has been an eye-opening experience for him and learning a lot. He further said, 'In the first season of Hanna, I wrote almost every episode except one episode myself. In the second season, I gave half the episodes to four writers, three of which were women. Then he told about this story.' They believe that women are more talented than men.
