These days the crime against women are increasing day by day. In a yet another shocking incident from Faizabad, a woman was raped in a park.  She had a fight with her husband had gone to a park to calm herself down.

 The victim sat in the park there and was crying when a stranger walked to her and have a inquiry with her.  After that night the woman was found dead in the park. The victim also had an injury on her head. After two weeks after the incident, the stranger caught in the park at Sector 7 in Faridabad has been found, arrested, and charged with rape and murder.

 The accused was also seen in CCTV footage of the area at the time of the murder, took police all the way to the Nepal border at Sonauli in Uttar Pradesh. As per the information, A stranger who met a woman in a park at Sector 7 of Faridabad after she had a fight with her husband has been arrested and charged with the rape and murder of the woman.

  The accuses was also trying to escape into Nepal when he was arrested on November 18.  He is from Samdu village in Nepal,  as  per information a daily wage labourer in Faridabad. On the evening of November 8, the woman (25) — who worked at a construction site was spotted in the park by the accused , who was returning from work.

According to the police, “She was vulnerable at that moment and he took advantage of it. The woman told him that her marriage was falling apart and she was having fights with her husband But Manoj’s intentions became apparent when he allegedly first proposed to her, saying he was a good cook, and then tried to force himself on her. She also objected and tried to fight back but was overpowered and sexually assaulted by him.  After committing the crime he banged her head against a wall repeatedly as she tried to raise an alarm. She slumped to the ground bleeding, Manoj allegedly took her dupatta and strangled her. He didn’t stop there.

The official source said, “ Manoj allegedly brutalised the woman by inserting the handle of a floor wiper lying nearby into her private parts. A visitor found the woman’s body later behind some bushes and he informed police. Over the next few days, police tried to identify the woman and released her photos in a local paper. The victim was identified on Sunday.” Manoj has been booked for murder and rape under sections 302 and 376A of the IPC and further investigation is going on in the matter.
