Raigad: We go to temple-temple to see God. Sage saints do long penance for years to see God, but the administration here has summoned God to his court. This incident is from Raigad district of MP. Here the Naib Tehsildar court has summoned God by sending a notice, that too with a warning.

According to the news received, there is a Mahadev temple in Ward 25 of Raigarh city. A woman named Sudha Rajwade had filed a petition in the High Court, in which 10 persons, including a Shiva temple, have been accused of encroachment on government land. Following the direction of the High Court, the Tehsil office had to investigate it. The Tehsil office has given notice to all the 10 persons. Shiva temple is also named among all these persons. It does not even address the manager or the priest.

At the same time, Tehsildar Gagan Sharma and Naib Tehsildar Vikrant Singh Thakur, who issued notices in this regard, said that this action is being taken after the directions of the High Court. He said that since the matter is of illegal occupation of government land and it was told that 16 persons had taken possession of the land, but 10 names have come up on the occasion. It also has a temple, which is built on the occupied land. Everyone has been given 10 days time by issuing notice, after that, further action will be taken.
