Chennai: Recently Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Palaniswami has talked about the new National Education Policy 2020. He says the new National Education Policy 2020 is painful. Recently, he said '3 language formula will not be implemented in Tamil Nadu'. The Chief Minister has told about not implementing the new education policy in his state.

He says that he is not in favor of the new National Education Policy 2020 and will not implement it in his state. Simultaneously, he has asked PM Modi to reconsider it. He has said, 'States should be allowed to implement it according to their policies.' It is being said that according to the three-language formula in the new education policy, now it depends on the states what the language will be. Whereas  talk of Tamil Nadu, here political parties are trying to implement it by the Center to impose Hindi. 

Before this, Stalin has also questioned the new education policy. DMK President M.K. Stalin alleged, "If this policy is implemented, education will be limited to a few people in a decade." Apart from this, he has also asked the ruling AIADMK to oppose it, questioning Prime Minister Narendra Modi's claim that the new education policy will ensure the development of versatility.
