London: In the fifth match of the World Cup, Bangladesh made history on Sunday. Against South Africa, they have put up a mammoth score of 330 runs. This is their highest score in ODIs. They became the first Asian team to score more than 300 runs in this World Cup so far.

According to information, the Bangladesh team have set a mammoth target of 331 runs in front of South Africa at The Oval ground in London. Batting first, Bangladesh scored 330 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in 50 overs. Bangladesh name a number of big records during their innings. This is the biggest ever score in ODIs by Bangladesh. Earlier they have scored 322 runs against Scotland in 2015.

With this, Bangladesh crossed the 300 marks for the first time in the one-day against South Africa. Earlier in the year 2017, they scored 278 for 7 against South Africa at Kimberley. There was a partnership of 142 runs between Shakib Al Hasan and Mushfiqur Rahim in the competition, which is the biggest partnership made by Bangladesh in the World Cup. Earlier, there was a 141-run partnership between Mushfiqur Rahim and Mahmudullah against England in 2015.
