God honors every child with different abilities, but also provides certain things to some children. Just need to improve that ability. District Disability Empowerment Officer KK Verma said that World Deaf Day is celebrated every year on 27th September to ensure social, economic and equality for the deaf. The World Deaf Union (WAFD) started World Mute-Deaf Day from 1958. Departmental schemes are working to bring the deaf to the mainstream of the society. Divisions are being made for a pension of 500 rupees and operation of deaf children.
Many people are coming forward to help the deaf, Dr. Shakuntala Mishra of special youth for Bachelor of Vocational (Biwok) course at Deaf (Deaf) College, National Rehabilitation College teaches deaf students 10 courses ranging from multimedia to fashion designing.
The secretary of the university and joint director of the Ministry of Disability Empowerment, Amit Kumar Singh, said that in the sign language, students are going to be taught the tricks of fashion designing. They are taught about IT, multi-media and interior designing. The course will give new heights to differently abled students under the direction of Vice Chancellor Dr. RKP Singh.
