World environment day is being celebrated on 5th of June every year. Each year a theme is decided and the countries all over the world participate in the event.

This year’s event is being hosted by India with the theme of “beat plastic pollution: if you can’t reuse it, refuse it”
With less than ten days left for the event, countries all over the world are making effort to refuse and ban plastic.
The theme as a whole challenges us to beat the use of plastic from our day to day life, as far as we can. The main motive is to find ways so that we can live a sustainable life.
It is high time to realise that we’ve already made enough blunders and its time to recollect them. We can become a better world if we all come in this together. Only if every individual understands that this is every single one’s duty to create a healthy environment.

Many countries on this environment day are creating beach cleaning sessions and also creating artistic monuments made of plastic in order to reuse them.
As far as we understand our responsibility, we will have real changes in global warming and healthy living. We need to grow and glow and shine altogether
