The world thyroid day is celebrated on 25th of may every year, to create awareness about the know-hows of thyroid disorders that can be caused to anybody. It is celebrated all over the world. Thyroid in our body is responsible for various things such as metabolism, body weight, energy and metabolism.

The disorders are as such when the glands are either hypersensitive or else insensitive.

Here are a few things that you should do in order to have a healthy thyroid:
