World Wrestling Championship: Vinesh's personal coach revealed this

New Delhi: Volare Echos, the personal coach of Haryana's star wrestler Vinesh Phogat has said one thing about Vinesh's performance. He said that Vinesh needs to maintain his concentration for 'zero to six minutes' to make his mark in the 53kg category globally. Vinesh failed to win medals at the World Wrestling Championships in 2013, 2015 and 2017, but she is a strong contender in the new weight category. Vinesh has won medals from the Commonwealth Games to the Asian Games and she has been part of her campaign at the World Championships since Tuesday. 

Vinesh had trained for the first time before the 2018 Asian Games from Ekos in Budapest and the Hungarian coach has been his personal coach since February this year. Akos told PTI that Vinesh would have to maintain his concentration for zero to six minutes. it is very important. When asked how to maintain this concentration, Akos said that it has two parts. First is physical which is easy and second is mental posture. Volare Echoes come from Hungary. He said that there has been a lot of positive change in Vinesh.
