The actor is gearing for the release of his next film Kalank that is directed by Abhishek Varman. While the makers of the film have kept the fans intrigued by dropping the teaser, they are also sharing the first look of all the characters in the film. Along with Varun, Kalank will also feature  Alia Bhatt, Madhuri Dixit, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sanjay Dutt in pivotal roles.

Recently, the Badlapur actor was gifted a jacket with his character's face painted at the back. Varun was gifted the jacket at the airport by some fans on his way back from London. Talking about the same, the actor took to his Instagram account and wrote, "ZAFAR is one of the most iconic characters I have played and just before leaving London I got gifted a hand-painted Zafar jacket.I feel quite cool thank u."
