Chris Evans and Scarlett Johansson are set to feature in a new film together, but it isn't a new comic book or superhero film. Ghosted, which stars Evans and Johansson, is described as an "adventure movie project." It's being made only for Apple.

Dexter Fletcher, who also directed Rocketman, directs Ghosted. Deadpool creators Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick are writing and producing the film. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the plot is unclear, but it is described as a “high-concept romantic action-adventure in the spirit of Romancing the Stone, the 1984 adventure picture starring Michael Douglas and Kathleen Turner.”

Johansson is now suing Disney over the release of Black Widow in theatres and on Disney . She's signed on to two additional projects since the lawsuit was made public: Ghosted and the forthcoming Wes Anderson picture. Evans and Apple previously worked together on the drama Defending Jacob. It's unknown if Johansson (Black Widow) and Evans (Captain America) will return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
