The Karkardooma court has rejected the anticipatory bail plea of suspended Aam Aadmi Party councilor Tahir Hussain. Tahir Hussain is accused of inciting violence in north-east Delhi. During the hearing of the petition, the court said that no lawyer appeared on behalf of the defense, hence the advance petition is dismissed.

For your information, let us tell you that in order to avoid arrest, Tahir Hussain filed an anticipatory bail petition in the court. This court sought an answer from the Crime SIT. Several other cases have been registered on Tahir, including the murder of IB constable Ankit Sharma, inciting violence, conspiracy.

Accused in the murder of Ankit Sharma

One of the three cases filed against Tahir is also that of Intelligence Bureau (IB) employee Ankit Sharma. It is alleged that Ankit Sharma was killed in Tahir Hussain's house. He was subjected to countless blows with knives. However, it is not clear whether Tahir was on the spot at that time.
