Survivor Series is a month away and the battle lines have already been drawn with SmackDown live commissioner Shane McMahon making the stunning first move. On Monday Night Raw, McMahon led a barrier with several of SmackDown's Live top stars attacking the entire Raw roster backstage. Whilst Raw didn't retaliate on last night's, Shane did explain his actions. However, SmackDown General Manager Daniel Bryan doesn't seem completely on-board, and Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens continue to threaten Shane McMahon's plans.

The 'Glorious' Bobby Roode teamed up with 'The Artist' Shinsuke Nakamura to take on the unlikely team of Dolph Ziggler and WWE Champion Jinder Mahal in tag-team action, with Roode and Nakamura picking up the win to send the crowd home happy.

Dolph Ziggler and Bobby Roode have been in an intense rivalry with each other which is set to continue on next week's SmackDown LIVE when the pair are set to do battle in a two-out-of-three fall match. Meanwhile, Shinsuke Nakamura will get a chance to represent TeamBlue at Survivor Series if he manages to get past Kevin Owens, and inevitably the help of Sami Zayn on next week's show. Finally, Jinder Mahal finds himself struggling to be taken seriously following Paul Heyman's take apart of the 'Modern Day Maharaja' on Monday Night Raw but also has to deal with AJ Styles.
