WWE is definitely undergoing significant changes. Not only is the organization going to release some of the wrestlers, but it is also likely to stop recruiting 'independent wrestlers.' After WWE President Nick Khan confirmed the information to writer Ariel Helwani, the rumours grew even stronger. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter also reported on this change in a similar manner.

Rumour SUGGESTS, WWE will not be evaluating independent wrestlers for the next big WWE star at forthcoming scouting sessions. According to rumours, WWE is more than ready to let AEW hire independent wrestlers and will allow them to favour new talent or those with less experience. WWE will conduct tryouts for new wrestlers in order to recruit new talent. They held tryouts in Las Vegas during SummerSlam week in the past. They had enlisted the services of 12 people as a result of that recruiting.

Nick Khan previously informed wrestlingnews.co that Vince McMahon, WWE's CEO, has the final decision on all matters. However, Stephanie McMahon, Paul Levesque, Bruce Prichard, and Kevin Dunn are among those who are part of the decision-making process. Even though there has been no official confirmation till now, the mere speculation has caused havoc on social media. People have been divided into two segments the ones who is in favour of the likely decision and the ones who are entirely against it.
