New Delhi: Xiaomi CEO and founder, Lei Jun, claims that the Xiaomi 13 will have a longer battery life than Apple's current flagship device, the iPhone 14 Pro Max.

The company has been teasing products ahead of the launch event, giving customers an idea of ​​what to expect from the upcoming flagship smartphones.

As per reports, the DOU test aims to represent the battery life of the device during an average day of usage. The iPhone 14 Pro Max scored 1.28 on the battery life test, while the upcoming Xiaomi 13 flagship device received a score of 1.37. A 4,500mAh battery pack is expected to be given with the Xiaomi 13. Meanwhile, the iPhone 14 Pro Max comes with 4,323mAh battery backup.

The executive emphasized that for him the thickness and grip of the upcoming flagship smartphone are more important than its battery capacity.
