To gain access to the Pick Mi Up service, users of Redmi and Xiaomi devices can opt for a package that suits their needs. They have the choice of paying Rs 199 plus GST to avail both pickup and drop-off services or opting for just one of these services, either pickup or drop-off, for a fee of Rs 99 plus GST.

The Xiaomi Service+ application complements this service, providing a plethora of support features for its users. These include remote product demonstrations, self-help resources, live chat assistance, appointment scheduling, and the capability to locate nearby service centers. Furthermore, customers can conveniently verify the pricing of spare parts and ascertain the warranty status of their devices.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to utilize the Pick Mi Up service:

Download the Xiaomi Service+ application, accessible on the Google Play Store or via this link.

Launch the application and log in using your Mi account credentials.

Select the "Pick Mi" option from the menu.

Input essential details such as your contact information, device specifications, address, and a brief description of the issue.

Verify your contact information by entering the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to you.

Choose a preferred pickup and drop-off timeframe and subsequently confirm your request.

A Xiaomi representative will arrive at the appointed time to collect your device, and once the repair is complete, they will promptly return it to you.

The Pick Mi Up service redefines convenience, sparing users the inconvenience of traveling to a physical service center for smartphone repairs.

It's worth noting that this service is currently available only in specific, limited pincodes. Xiaomi has also issued a recommendation for users to safeguard their data (contacts, photos, etc.) by performing backups before entrusting their devices to the company's representatives.
