Chinese smartphone giant Xiaomi has announced to launch Mi Router AX6000 in China. This router is embedded with Wi-Fi 6 support, six external high-gain antennas, and one external AIoT antenna. This router is available only in black colour. It also works on Android, iOS, and Web. Let's know the full details of this router:
Talking about the price, Xiaomi Mi Router AX6000 costs CNY 599 (around Rs. 6,800) This router will be available on sale in China on January 8. This model is available in only black colour for reservations. There is no information revealed of the launch of this router in India and other countries.
Talking about the Xiaomi Mi Router AX6000 specifications, this router works on MiWiFi ROM based on OpenWRT, which is powered by the Qualcomm IPQ5018 processor. It comes with 512MB RAM and dual-band support. The Xiaomi Mi Router AX6000 is touted to have a natural heat dissipation design to keep it cool with 24x7 operation. It also uses a 1.0GHz Network Processor Unit (NPU). This router can connect around 16 devices at a time. The company claims that the Mi Router AX6000 is ideal for multi-storey apartments and this will provide proper coverage and network.
