The Chinese smartphone company has confirmed the launch in Xiaomi Redmi Y3 in  India the Xiaomi Redmi Y3 will be made available via Amazon in India. Apart from that, Xiaomi has also confirmed that the Redmi Y3 will come with a dot notch display as well.

Talking about the specifications, it is powered by Qualcomm Octa-Core Snapdragon 632 processor clocked at 1.8GHz while other features of the Xiaomi Redmi 7 includes a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, Splash resistant (P2i nano-coating), 3.5mm audio jack, Dual 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.2, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS + GLONASS and a 4000mAh battery. Moreover, the Xiaomi Redmi 7 is also expected to launch in India alongside the Xiaomi Redmi Y3 and while the Xiaomi Redmi 7 has already been launched in India at a starting price of 699 yuan (roughly Rs. 7,150) for the 2GB RAM/16GB storage version, the Xiaomi Redmi 7 comes with features such as a 6.26-inch (1520 × 720 pixels) HD+ display with 19:9 aspect ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, 12-megapixel primary rear camera with 1.12um pixel size, f/2.2 aperture, LED Flash, PDAF and a secondary 2-megapixel camera and an 8-megapixel front camera.

The landing page for the Xiaomi Redmi Y3 has also gone live on Amazon India and while the listing has revealed that the smartphone will also come with features such as dual rear cameras, a gradient back and rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, the Xiaomi Redmi Y3 was earlier teased to feature a huge 4000mAh battery.
