While companies such as Samsung and LG are cooling off, the Chinese corporation Xiaomi is actively working on new firmware for their proprietary mobile devices. Today, May 31, 2019, this brand has released MIUI 10 with a dark theme for Dark Mode, and all users can already install the new software. The latest software has the build number 3.7.0, and the owners of a number of models can already install it. In addition to the new design, users are waiting for a new charging animation and a few more innovations.

According to the developers who worked on the new firmware, they optimized performance, thanks to which the total power of a number of mobile devices increased by 5 - 10%, that is, significantly. In addition, much work has been done to improve security, with the result that now branded smartphones are much more difficult to crack than before. But the main innovation of the update was of course the Dark Mode, when turned on, all standard applications are painted in dark colors, which allows to reduce the discharge rate from the battery on OLED-screen phones.

The new charging animation looks extremely attractive when the smartphone is locked. In this case, a circle is displayed on the screen, which, depending on the state of charge of the battery, changes color. At the same time, from the place where the charging connector is located, as if there are special charges towards the center of the display. Thus, Xiaomi decided to designate the process of charging its proprietary mobile devices, which will be updated to the MIUI 10 firmware version 3.7.0 or newer. Currently, new software is already available for smartphones Redmi Note 7, Redmi 7, Redmi K20, Redmi K20 Pro and a few more.

Users of all such to install a new firmware is very simple. You just need to go to the "Settings", and then, after this, open the "Software Update" section and check the availability of updates. If there are any, you should agree with their installation, and then perform the download. It is impossible not to notice that Xiaomi requires you to charge the battery at least 50% before starting the update process, or you can connect the phone to a power source. Installing the new version of MIUI 10 is recommended for all users, as it also contains the latest security patch from Google.
