He said, 'Initially we are planning to give our GPS to mid-segment mobile phones.' Apart from this, ISRO official said on the deal with Qualcomm about the chipset, "We are expecting to release the chipset by the end of this month." NavIC Navigation System only focuses on India and ISRO says that it will give more accurate information than GPS. It works with the help of both S and L bands and hence can give more accurate information.
