Anti-pollution mask is the next big launch after air purifier pro by Xiaomi. Xiaomi launches the Mi Air Purifier pro in the beginning of this month. Now, Xiaomi launches its Anti-pollution mask with built-in-air-filter. This mask called by the as Cloth Pear Fresh Air Mask. This is the company's latest crowdfunding effort, and also available for purchase on Mi crowd funding page. This Mask cost CNY 89 in China and around Rs.900 in India Currency. Textile used for this mask, high-fibre and handmade to offer a three-dimensional structure. This mask is light and portable, weight is 50.5 grams. The only gray color is available and this mask contains delicate air filter. This air filter is detachable from the mask.

Mask has a home-grown ultra-thin fan to keep it lightweight. And to make it future perfect a removable cartridge is available in the mask. The fan has three-speed level controls, and a power on/off button to save battery. These filters are rechargeable which uses polymer lithium-ion battery. 3 to 4 hours are required to fully charge this battery. The filter is apparently able to achieve PM2.5 filtration efficiency of up to 99 percent.

The core business of Xiaomi Company is making air purifiers, so making this air mask is the first step of Xiaomi in Air-mask field. The company alongside the Mi Air Purifier Pro also launched the Mi PM2.5 Detector. These masks are only available on the crowdfunding site in China, till now. We can only expect that company will soon launch these air-masks in India as well.
