Yamaha, the world's leading automobile manufacturer, may soon launch its retro-looking Yamaha XSR 155 in India. While the company has already launched this model in the international market. The company launched Yamaha XSR 155 in Thailand in August 2019. According to a report, if the company launches this model in India, then it will be given Variable Valve Actuation (VVA) with 155 cc single-cylinder engine. Let's know in full detail

For your information, let us tell you that this model launched in the international market has a single cylinder 150 cc liquid-cooled engine. The XSR155 is based on the current Yamaha R15 V3.0. But the company can make some changes in it. In this, a box-section unit and an inverted front fork can be given in place of aluminum swingarm.

This bike will be given an LED headlamp and tail lamp, bulb indicators and a fully digital instrument cluster. Yamaha can also offer standard ABS in it. At the same time, 110-section tires in the front with 17-inch alloy wheels and 140-section tubeless block pattern tires in the rear can also be given. The engine of Yamaha XSR155 will generate power of 19.3 PS and torque of 14.7 Nm. The engine will come with a slipper clutch assist with a 6-speed transmission. According to the report, the price of Yamaha XSR155 in the Indian market can be 1.32 lakh rupees (ex-showroom). With this price, the Yamaha MT-15 is priced at Rs 6,200 and is equivalent to the royal enfield bullet 350 ES at Rs 1,39,948 (ex-showroom, Delhi). There is a difference of Rs 14,281 between R15 and Retrol XSR155 in Thailand.
