The story of TV's popular serial 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' has taken a different turn. The viewers of this serial have been sitting for a long time waiting for when Naira and Karthik's path will unite. Looking at the way the serial story has changed in the last week, it looks like Kyra's reunion is still delayed. Talking about the upcoming episode, Karthik would go to the operation theater to meet Naira (Shivangi Joshi) and Pallavi (Vedika's friend and Naira's doctor) would be shocked to see him and ask him to leave the theater. Pallavi will tell Karthik that no one can come close to Naira as she is in great danger of infection.

Karthik would not even be able to tell Naira that Vedika (Pankhuri Awasthy) had made a deal with him in exchange for giving him (Naira) a kidney. Through this deal, Vedika will give her kidney to Naira and Karthik will give his wife status to Vedika. Apart from this, everyone in the Goenka family will be waiting for Karthik as everyone is feeling that Karthik (Mohsin Khan) will get Naira from the hospital to be discharged and brought straight home. According to his deal, Karthik will bring Vedika to Singhania House in place of Naira. Seeing Vedika in place of Naira, the ground will slide under everyone's feet.

In such a situation, Daadi (Suhashini) will ask Karthik where Naira is because he has to perform some rituals with the daughter-in-law of the house. Karthik will say to Dadi in clear words that Vedika is the daughter-in-law of this house and with that she may have to perform all the rituals. Naira will investigate - Naira will suspect Vedika and Pallavi and they will do everything possible to find out the truth soon.
