21st June, International Yoga day is celebrated worldwide to raise the awareness and benefits of practicing yoga on body & mind. This date was chosen and proposed by the honorable Prime minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi Ji in United National General Assembly (September 2014).  He suggested to have IDY (International Yoga Day) every year across the globe as it is the longest day of year and said “Yoga is an invaluable gift of Indian tradition which unite mind, body, thoughts and action.

Dr. Ayush Chandra, Senior Diabetologist from Delhi NCR who is an Art of Living Apex and Corporate Yoga Trainer stated why yoga & meditation has a become a major component of clinical prescription now a days. He is a certified Yoga Trainer from Ministry of AYUSH and RYT200 from Yoga Alliance USA.
