A wavering focus isn't a good sign as it delays your success and decreases your productivity level. Lack of focus is the mother of all follies, achieving better concentration is not really that difficult when one knows where to look for help. Most of us constantly think about something or the other while working on a particular thing. This constant thinking doesn't let us concentrate on one thing at a time. Yoga can help you with concentrating on a particular thing. 

Practice yoga daily to calm your mind and keeps distracting thoughts away. Yoga reduces the fluctuations of your mind. It washes out the emotional clutter in your head and helps you concentrate better. You will notice the difference within a few days if you strictly follow a yoga routine. Some poses to practice for improving concentration: 

Tadasana:

Being a basic level of asana, it can be performed by anyone. But make sure to do this asana with an empty stomach, or there should be a gap of two to three hours from your last meal. Hold the pose for 10-20 seconds.

Vrikshasana:

This pose improves balance and stability in your legs. Vrikshasana doesn’t require you to close your eyes while practicing it. Keep your eyes open during the pose to maintain balance. Practice early in the morning on an empty stomach and hold it for at least a minute. 

Natarajasana:

It is a challenging pose and not everyone can get it right at first. This pose helps you fight depression, and also helps with stress management. 

 
Paschimottanasana:

The most important asanas for concentration as it's a stress reliever and reduces anger and irritability too. It activates your spinal nerves and energizes your body. The pose increases your appetite and reduces obesity.
