* Sit on the sole while touching the knees on the floor.
* Lock your fingers. Lock the elbows and fingers to form a triangle and place them on the ground.
* Now bend forward and place the middle part of the hand on the floor.

Bhujangasan
This pose brings tightness to your chest muscles and the looseness of the breast is cured and returned to your shape.
* Turn upside down and lie down on your stomach.
* The elbows should be adjacent to the waist and palm upwards. Gradually bend the elbows and bring the palms under the arms.
* The lower part of the body should be adjacent to the ground up to the navel. Raise the head and chest and breathe slowly backward.
* After ten to fifteen seconds of this condition, exhale and bring the body back to an earlier position.
