Your sitting position should be such that the toes of the feet are towards the back and the buttocks should be in between both the ankles. Now keep your two toes together. Also, keep in mind that there is a difference between the ankles.
After this, keep both your hands on your knees. At this time your body should be absolutely straight. Now leave the hands and body loose.
Keep your eyes closed and breathe in and out. Stay in this state for a while.
Do this asana after eating every day. This asana will not only give relief in headaches but is also beneficial for stomach related diseases.
First, do this asana for 10 seconds, then increase it to 20 seconds. After practicing continuously for a few days, you will start doing Vajrasana for one minute. Daily yoga should be done for 1-3 minutes.
