Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has again said that no state government should take the train fare from the workers of Uttar Pradesh amidst the corona crisis. The Uttar Pradesh government will bear the fare itself and bring them home for free. The Chief Minister has also directed to send a senior officer of the Health Department from the government to help the Chief Medical Officer in every district in the ongoing efforts to prevent corona infection.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath held a meeting with the officials of Team-11 at Lok Bhavan on Tuesday regarding the lockdown and return of migrants. CM Yogi said that till now the state government has brought back more than 16 lakh migrant workers and workers safely and safely in the state. 656 labourers special trains have arrived in the state carrying 8.52 lakh migrants from different states. In the next two days, 258 workers special trains will come. In this way, a total of 914 trains have been arranged. 12 thousand buses of the State Road Transport Corporation, they are being sent to the home district. Apart from this, keeping 200 buses on the withdrawal of each District Magistrate, 15 thousand buses have been made available in all 75 districts.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath directed that personnel working in quarantine centre, shelter site and community kitchen should be provided with means of prevention of infection. Nodal officers sent to districts will work there to solve the problems of migrant worker-workers. The same, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has said that during the lockdown, foot patrolling should be done on the highway, expressway through PRV 112 and in the markets etc. Home Guard and PRD personnel, as well as ex-servicemen below 60 years of age, should be used for intensive patrolling in rural areas. It should be ensured that there is no crowd gathering anywhere.
