The Director-General has also directed all the Divisional Assistant Education Directors to verify the same by sending a list from their respective BSA office.

So that at the level of BSA, an attempt to save a babu, which has been on a table for years or to transfer a babu before the time, is not successful. Every Assistant Divisional Education Officer, Basic Education Officer and Block Education Officer in the state has a large number of babus who have been frozen on the same table for a long time.
