Lucknow: Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh is planning to lease 30 tourist accommodation houses. In order to promote tourism and to develop better facilities on behalf of private parties, it has been decided to lease these housing houses. Even before this, the tourism department has given accommodation on lease.
Under the new scheme, an assessment is being conducted to determine the minimum price of 30 housing houses. After the price is fixed, the proposal will be sent to the cabinet and the government will determine the price of each house. In this, the highest bidding investor will be given on lease. This lease will be 30 years old and if everything goes well, it can be extended further. The investee will be able to build and develop it according to his own. Earlier, in the Samajwadi Party (SP) government, a tender was given to lease the housing houses, but at that time people did not show much interest in it, yet at that time 6 houses were given on lease.
It included Tiger Den of Dudhwa, Ramgarh Tal of Deoria, Mathura, and Mahoba's housing houses. Tiger Dane started doing good business in Dudhwa, while the investor is building a hotel in Ramgarh Tal. The tourist accommodation houses that are planned to be given on lease are Bateshwar-Agra, Bhadohi, Bhupia Mau-Pratapgarh, Chunar-Mirzapur, Deogarh-Lalitpur, Deva Sharif-Barabanki.
