Lucknow: Action is going on in the case of illegal construction against of former Uttar Pradesh MP and Bahubali leader Atiq Ahmed. The Prayagraj administration has demolished the illegal construction of Rashid, a sharp shooter of Atiq Ahmed on Tuesday. Rashid works as a property dealer and also a rogue miscreant. In Prayagraj, Rashid had occupied crores of government land and built luxurious buildings. The administration has demolished this building today.

The action has been taken under the leadership of PDA zonal officers Sat Shukla and Alok Pandey. It is noteworthy that the Prayagraj Development Authority (PDA) is freeing government properties from illegal possession. In this connection, the administration has taken action against many bigots. When the administration team reached to demolish the illegal construction, the local women shouted slogans and opposed the administration's action.

However, the team of PDA arrived with complete preparation and brought the women police as well. The protest had no effect due to heavy police force. The action to destroy illegal construction by the administration is still going on. Even before this, the Prayagraj administration has taken action against other close relatives of Atiq Ahmed. The administration demolished a two-storey lodge. According to the charge, this lodge was built on government land and its value was in crores.
