New Delhi: The Yogi Adityanath government in Uttar Pradesh has taken major action in the Madanpur Khadar area of the country's capital Delhi. The illegally occupied construction of UP government land here was demolished on Thursday. Rohingya camps were illegally set up on irrigation department land, which was demolished with bulldozers.

 

 

The yogi government took action by running a bulldozer in the Madanpur Khadar area from 4 am. About 5.21 acres of land was illegally occupied here, which has now been de-encroached. The land is said to be worth around Rs 150 crores. It may be recalled that illegal construction in UP is constantly being demolished by the UP government, which has been seen in many places in the recent past. Tell you that the Uttar Pradesh Irrigation Department has landed in many areas of Delhi, located in Okhla, Jasola, Madanpur Khadar, Ali, Saidabad, Jaitpur, Molarvand, and Khureji Khas.

A video of the action has also been shared on Twitter by Mahendra Singh, minister of hydropower in the UP government. The minister wrote, 'Yogi's bulldozer in Delhi again, yogi government's big action in Delhi.' According to the information, more major action will be taken soon under the Removal of Encroachments campaign in the near future. A large number of Rohingya refugees are living near Delhi's Kalindi Kunj metro station area. Slums, camps have been set up here. Recently, a fire broke out in these areas, burning several slums and causing considerable damage.
