Lucknow: The Yogi government has issued a major order in view of the ever-increasing corona cases in Uttar Pradesh. According to CM Yogi's order, only 50 per cent of the employees can be present at a time in all government and private offices in the state. In addition, if an employee working in private companies is found to be infected with corona, They should be given "Leave with Pay" for 7 days, i.e, 7 days off, so that the salary cannot be deducted.
Corona infection in UP is now growing rapidly. New corona cases have increased 13 times in the past week. While 552 new corona cases were reported in the state last Sunday, 8334 new cases of covid have been registered on Monday, with more than 1100 new cases reported in Lucknow alone. Four people have also lost their lives due to corona infection during this period. More than 1,000 new corona cases have been found in Noida and Lucknow. A total of 253 people have also recovered from defeating Corona during this period.
Additional Chief Secretary Medical and Health Amit Mohan Prasad has informed that 253 people have recovered from Covid-19 in the last 24 hours and a total of 16,88,648 people have recovered so far in the state. The number of corona infected patients in UP has now gone up to 25,974. Of which 25,445 people are in home isolation. He has pointed out that corona vaccination is being carried out at a rapid pace in the province.
