Under this, the UP government, now facing a lack of revenue, has given a big blow to the youth. The Yogi government is considering bringing such a proposal. Under which, the youth admitted in the state will now have to work on contract for the first five years.

After working on contract for five years, he will have an exam and only after passing it will he become a permanent employee. It is noteworthy that the UP government has instructed all its departments to discuss a proposal. Under which the employees of Group B and C who are now admitted in government jobs in Uttar Pradesh will be put on contract for the first 5 years after passing the examination.

During the contract, these employees will not get the same salary and benefits as regular employees. The department will then evaluate the employee every month. In which he has to bring 60 percent marks. Their officers will evaluate it. This process will run for 5 years, if any employee is unsuccessful, he will be thrown out of the job.
