New Delhi: The Supreme Court today held a hearing in the case of bulldozers demolition of the houses of those accused of violence in Uttar Pradesh. The apex court has directed the Yogi government to file its reply within three days. At the same time, bulldozer has flatly refused to ban action. At the same time, the court has also said that all action should be within the legal framework. The case will now come up for hearing on Tuesday next week.

The Supreme Court said that any demolition proceedings should be under the legal process. The court said there were also reports that it was an act of revenge. How true that is now, we don't know. These reports may be true and false. If these types of demolitions are carried out, at least what is being done must be in accordance with the process of law. On this comment made by the Supreme Court, Tushar Mehta, on behalf of the Yogi government, said that can the court issue directions to follow the procedure?

To this, the top court said that we are issuing a notice. File a reply in three days. Make sure that nothing happens during this time. The Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind has moved the apex court, saying that the court should direct the UP government not to carry out any further demolition without following due process.
