According to the news, the Banda Development Authority has served notice to Brijesh Prajapati, who was the Bharatiya Janata Party MLA from Tindwari (now in the Samajwadi Party), in connection with the illegal construction without passing the map. Brijesh had contested from Samajwadi Party this time but lost. Brijesh Prajapati himself shared the notice with his social media account and informed the people about it, attacking the government.
