Eating yogurt is very beneficial for our health. Especially in the summer, our body gets many benefits by consuming it. By taking daily yogurt, the body fat is reduced faster. Because of which the weight remains in control due to its intake.

1- If you have stains on your face then you should use curd. Place the paste of curd on the acne place. Wash after a while. Stain spots will be removed in a few days.

The use of yogurt for 2-balo is also very beneficial. This is also a good conditioner. Apply it on your hair before bathing everyday. Using this will relieve the problem of dandruff and your hair will also be strong. 

3- Once you have blisters in your mouth, take 1 to 2 times of curd during the day, doing so can get rid of the mouth ulcers.

4- If you want to reduce your weight, then take yogurt daily. By eating yogurt daily, the fat stored in the body is rapidly decreasing.
