Going for interview? One thing to know that your answers are not the only thing that matters, but your questions do too. When you ask a question, you have the full attention of your interviewer.

Here are some questions that you can ask to the interviewer:-

1. What are the company's highest priority goals this year?

You'll want to know how a company prioritizes its goals before joining them as to make sure whether a company is likely to waste your time.

2. On what terms are you competing with competition?

This question will make the interviewer know of the fact that you have a thorough knowledge of their competition too.

3. Does the company approach a short or long-term goal plan?

You need to be clear about how the team approaches their targets. What are the goals, shorter or longer ones?

4. What are the skills and experiences you’re looking for in an ideal candidate?

This question will make the interviewer recite the job description

5. If I'm selected, what do you expect me to accomplish in the first month?

This question will make the interviewer clearer that you are interested to know about the projects and goals and that you won't be wasting their time.

6. Is this a new role that has been created, or am I replacing someone?

This is one of the most important question, you need to know that whose shoes you're filling or it is a brand new role.

7. Are there any training programs that will hone my skills?

You can find out whether the company organizes different training programs to enhance your skills.
