A shocking incident comes to light from Madhya Pradesh’s Gwalior where a man was raped by his own friend in a party after having alcohol. Not only this after committing the crime they also threatens to kill him. As per the information, the boys after having a liquor party sexually harassed his friend who was sleeping after drinking liquor.
According to the information, the accused tied his hands and feet as he was sleeping under the influence of alcohol. The accused also stuffed a cloth in his mouth. After this the accused sexually assaulted him. when the victim opposed him, the accused threatened to kill him. The victim remained calm for a few days. But later he reached the police station and narrated the whole incident to Police official. After this a compliant was registered against the accused. Police have registered a case on the basis of the victim's complaint.
The incident reportedly took place is of Sarva village under the Bhitarwar police station area. The young man was sexually harassed by his own friend. As per the information, 4 young friends together had a liquor party in Sarva village. The party lasted till late night, two friends returned to their home. While one friend Siddharth and another friend stayed there for a night. After the party, Siddharth started sexually harassing his sleeping friend.
When the victim opposed Siddharth, he tied the victim's hands and feet. The accused also stuffed a cloth in his mouth. He raped and threatened to kill him. According to the report, this incident is of 12 February. The victim informed about the incident to his family members and they went to the police. The victim appealed to the Superintendent of Police (SP), after his intervention, a case has been registered under Section 377 of the IPC and a search has been started for his friend.
