You have to visit the e-filing portal of the Income Tax Department.
Click www.incometax.gov.in/iec/foportal.
Click on the link the Verify your PAN on the left.
A new page will open in front of you.
Here you need to fill in the full pan card information.
Enter pan number, full name, date of birth and mobile number here.
After filling in the information, a message will appear on the portal as to whether the information matches the PAN card or not.

A new page will open in front of you. Enter your PAN and Aadhaar Card details on this page. Click 'View Link Aadhaar Status' after giving full details. Then you will see if your PAN card is linked to the Aadhaar card.
