Bundi: Mangla Bagriya and his mother Prembai has been sentenced to judicial custody by the court here under the crime of abducting a minor girl and then raping her. The girl even got pregnant and also underwent for abortion

The accused came to know the girl and her 11-year-old brother in Bengaluru and then raped the girl in the Motipura area,Bundi. Mangla's mother wanted both of them to get marry

Rekha Sharma, President of Child Welfare Committee said that "With the consent of her guardians, abortion was carried out," Both the son and mother has been booked under the section 376 of IPC.
