A speeding tractor-trolley and bike collided near Mana Singh Wala village in Ferozepur. The 35-year-old bike driver lost his life in the incident. Police registered a case against the accused driver on Tuesday and further investigation has been initiated.

Darshan Singh resident Basti Pyare Ana said in a complaint to the police that his son Babbal Singh (35) was returning to Basti Pyare Ana by bike. As soon as the village approached Mana Singh Wala, the speeding tractor-trolley came in the wrong direction and hit Babbal's bike. His son along with his bike fell on the road and sustained serious injuries in the incident. He was rushed to a local hospital with injuries. Where doctors noticed his critical condition and sent him to Faridkot Medical College. He lost his life there.

According to ASI Harpal Singh, a case has been registered against tractor-trolley driver Hardayal Singh resident village Kabal wala (Faridkot) on Darshan singh's statement. The accused is absconding.
