A video of this case went viral after which Pune's Junnar police took Suo Moto cognizance and registered a case of breach of peace on 6 people. It is being told that this incident happened in Narayan village of Junnar tehsil.

According to reports, the incident took place around 12 pm on Sunday and Monday. In this case, the police have registered a case against youth named Sakleen Nasir Atar, Shakir Amen Jamadar, Armaan Khalid Sheikh, Moin Eklak Atar, Mohsen Feroz Inamdar and Zahid Pir Mohammad Patel. It is being said that so far no one has been arrested in this case.

At the same time, information received from Narayan Gag police station has been told that 'This uproar occurred during the birthday party of a young man named Sakleen Nasir Atar. Lockdown rules are still in force in the city, in which case such a party is completely banned.' Although this is not the first such case many such cases have come up.
