Zensar Technologies has entered into a worldwide strategic partnership with US-based Claimatic, which combines industry-leading, intelligent decisioning software of Claimatic with Zensar’s world-class strategic consulting, enterprise delivery, and implementation services.
As per the stock exchange filing, this new innovative partnership leverages the respective strengths of Claimatic and Zensar to create compelling value for both companies and their mutual clients.
Further, the Claimatic-Zensar partnership brings together potential skills in insurance and technology strategy, product ideation, technology development and deployment, and organizational change management to support clients through successful claims automation transformations.
Reacting to the developments, shares of Zensar Technologies was trading at Rs279.50 per share up by Rs. 5.40 or 2 percent from the previous closing on the NSE. In comparison, the Nifty stood 14,842.80 down by 31 points at 3.20 pm Friday.
